These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://hphtechsolutions.com/ (the "Site"), and your purchase of solar energy products and installation services from us. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or making a payment through our payment portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Products means solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting systems, and related solar energy equipment sold by HPH. Services means the installation, commissioning, and related technical services provided by HPH at a customer's home or business premises. Order means a request to purchase Products and/or Services submitted through the Site, in person, or via a formal quotation accepted by the customer. You or Customer means the individual or entity purchasing Products or Services from HPH.

3.1. HPH sells solar energy Products and provides installation Services for residential and commercial properties in the Philippines.

3.2. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Site are provided for general reference. Actual system design (panel count, inverter sizing, mounting configuration) may vary based on a technical site assessment.

3.3. Installation Services are subject to a site survey. HPH reserves the right to revise a quotation if actual site conditions (roof type, structural capacity, electrical setup, shading, access) differ materially from what was initially assessed or disclosed.

4.1. A binding Order is created once you accept a written quotation and make the required payment (full payment or deposit, as agreed).

4.2. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are processed through PayMongo, a licensed third-party payment gateway. HPH does not store your full card details; these are handled directly by PayMongo in accordance with its own security standards and terms.

4.3. All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.4. For installation projects, payment is typically structured as: (a) a deposit to confirm scheduling and materials procurement, and (b) balance payment(s) tied to project milestones or completion, as specified in your quotation/contract.

4.5. HPH will not proceed with procurement or installation scheduling until the applicable deposit or payment has been confirmed.

5.1. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site, accurate information about the property (roof condition, electrical panel, structural details), and any permits or homeowner association clearances required on your end.

5.2. Installation timelines communicated by HPH are estimates and may be affected by weather, permitting delays, supplier lead times, or site conditions outside our control.

5.3. Any modifications to the agreed scope of work after an Order is confirmed may result in adjusted pricing and timelines, subject to your written approval.

6.1. Products are covered by a manufacturer and/or HPH-backed warranty of up to twelve (12) years for both solar panels and microinverters, as stated in your product documentation or quotation. Solar panels and microinverters are also designed with an expected operational lifespan of up to twenty-five (25) years.

6.2. Installation workmanship is covered under HPH's installation warranty for the period stated in your contract.

6.3. Full warranty terms, coverage, and claims process are set out in our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, HPH's liability for any claim arising from the sale or installation of Products/Services is limited to the repair, replacement, or the amount paid for the affected Product or Service, whichever is applicable under the warranty terms.

7.2. HPH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or business interruption, except where such limitation is not permitted under Philippine law (including the Consumer Act, Republic Act No. 7394).

7.3. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to HPH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9.1. See our Return and Refund Policy for cancellation terms specific to orders and deposits.

9.2. HPH reserves the right to decline or cancel an Order (with a full refund of any payment made for the cancelled portion) where site conditions make installation unsafe or infeasible, or where required permits/clearances cannot be obtained.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Consumer Act (RA 7394), the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792), and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

10.2. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of Las Piñas City, Philippines, without prejudice to any right to file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or other appropriate government agency.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
