Book a site visit
Fill in the Schedule a Visit form, and we'll contact you to arrange a visit date. If you can, upload your latest electricity bill. We use it to see how much power your home uses, so your quote is accurate.

Site assessment
We visit your home or property and check your roof, which way it faces, any shading, and how much electricity you use. If anything needs preparing before installation, such as safe roof access, we'll tell you here. No obligation and no hard sell.

We design your system in OpenSolar
Back at the office, we use what we measured to build your roof in OpenSolar, a professional solar design tool. We place the panels, account for shading, and size the system to what your home actually uses. See how it works.

Within a week
You get an itemized quote
Within a week of your visit, you get a complete quote that lists the equipment and installation line by line, with the down payment terms and payment schedule. We walk you through it before you commit to anything.

Down payment and scheduling
Once you accept the quote and make the down payment, we book your installation date. You can pay by credit or debit card through PayMongo, or by bank transfer.

1–2 days
Installation
A standard home installation usually takes 1 to 2 days, depending on system size and roof. Commercial jobs can take longer. The work is done by HPH TSI engineers and accredited installers, and qualified professionals supervise every job.

Testing, app setup and handover
We test the whole system and set up the TSUN Smart app on your phone. Then we show you how to use it, so you can see what every panel is producing.

After-sales support
We're your local support. If something comes up, call us. For hardware issues under warranty, we deal with TSUN and Projoy for you. We'll also tell you how to keep your system in good shape.

One complete, itemized quote, so there are no surprises later.
- Equipment The inverters, panels, batteries and accessories your system needs, with each item listed. Prices are confirmed on the day the quote is issued, because equipment costs can change.
- Installation Installation is quoted separately, because every roof is different. It depends on the number of panels, your roof type, and any electrical work needed.
- Payment terms The down payment and payment schedule. Paying by credit card may let you use your bank's installment programs.
